I have an older Canon EOS Rebel TI that uses film, is it worth anything still?
here’s the deal: I have this Canon EOS Rebel TI and it has a lens and strap and such, the latch on the door that keeps the film in is broken, and the previous owner just had it duct taped, but it still works. I know nothing about cameras, and I was wondering if this would be sellable, and if it could be fixed or not. thanks guys!
While it could likely be repaired and sold, the truth is that by the time you get the repair done you likely won’t get enough out of it to make it worthwhile. The lens on the other hand, would likely be something you can sell. EOS lenses are EOS lenses, they will work between the EOS system cameras that are film or digital. The only exception here would be the D1 series, which won’t work with many of the EOS lenses from the other bodies.
Do a search on ebay for the lens you have and that will give you an idea what they are going for
