Whats the best kind of really good camera (Nikon, Olympus, Canon, etc.)?

I’m thinking about buying a nice Olympus (Olympus – EVOLT 10.0MP Digital SLR Camera E-410), I’ll need to wait until I have enough mopney since it’s about 800 dollars.

What kinds of proffesional or just overall nice cameras do you suggest? I can’t get one thats over $1,500 though.
