16GB SD card in Nikon Coolpix 5600 camera?

I tried using a 16GB SD card in my Nikon coolpix 5600 camera and it says this card cannot be used. Is there any way i can use a 16GB SD Card.

Coolpix 5600 supports standard SD card only. 16GB SD card is actually a newer format of SD card called SDHC card. You cannot use a SDHC card on a standard SD card camera.
