Panasonic DMC-FX500 or Panasonic TZ5 ?

Hi
I’m not sure which of the two cameras I should get. The FX500 costs expensive because of touch-screen I think. The TZ5 got better optical zoom but is not a slim camera as the FX500. I want to buy either one of them in shops instead from Online as it is much easier and reliable in case if there is a problem with the camera. Anyone can help me with this, I would be gladly appreciated.
