If you are asking here, my guess is you’ve comparison shopped online as well. But since you asked, that seems to be an ok price since it includes the memory stick. You might find a better deal online, but not by much.
That camera gets pretty good reviews on CNET so it wouldn’t be a bad deal in general. I would recommend though, since these kinds of electronics seems to have a short life span (my 2yr. old Cybershot is now shot), that if you buy in store you get one of those extended warranties. Really worth the extra $20 or so when it starts crapping out.
