I have a Pentax zx-m and a macro lens. I would like to go digital. Are there conversion kits for my lens?

You don't need any if you buy a Pentax DSLR.

Your lenses should function exactly the same way.

I swap lenses between my Pentax DSLRs and my pentax MZ50s with out any problems.

The only difference is that due to the smaller size of the sensor, only the centre part of the image will be used, the outer parts where distrortion tends to creep in will not be seen.
