It has to be able to be compatible with Vista 64, be able to put on a tripod, and be able to work with my light box….

Just about anything will work for what you want… a cheap Kodak with a tripod socket will do just as well as a DSLR for most Ebay pics.
Seriously, go to Walmart or Target and just go “eeny meeny minie moe” or pick by the color you like best. It won’t make a whole lot of difference.
