Dedicated pro camera system for wide angle use?

I am interested in a camera system specifcally designed for wide angle use. The budget is around US $3500 . It has to out- perform a canon 5D with a 14mm L series prime. I would consider film or digital, but prefer digital. It should be new but will consider re-furbished one bought at a store with limited warranty. does such equipment exist in this price bracket? I am interested to know

IMO the ultimate wide-angle camera system is the Hasselblad 903SWC with the Zeiss Biogon 38mm lens. It is no longer made and can only be found used, but it is the killer system. By shooting on medium format (either with film or a digital back) you will get far more detail and resolution than even with a 5D. How about 80MP instead of 12?

Secondly, the 38mm Zeiss Biogon lens is similar to shooting with a 21mm lens on a 35mm camera (or full frame dSLR like the 5d). But the 38mm Zeiss is rectilinear, meaning that there is no distortion. Straight lines stay straight. The detail and color rendition from this lens are amazing.
