Should I replace a two year old cell phone battery? I dont have a charger..read?

It hasnt been charged for two years cuz i havent been using the phone i got a new one, so should i buy a new batterery or buyy a new charger? sry bad grammer but helop me thanks!

They do have a lifelong batteries. Those last longer than those batteries that comes with the phone and it doesn’t cost that much!
