What is a good Video Surveillance Camera w/ PC DVR to capture license plates under $500.?

Needs to work in low light/night/day
100+foot range
Please supply links to products
A PC Capture card will suffice instead of “PC DVR”
Motion Detection software a plus to avoid hours of boring video.

You can buy packages online that will probably will do the trick, such as http://www.DVR.com. You can put together a pretty good system using different components you purchase there.

For a more custom approach, I highly recommend a company I worked with in the past called Telewatch. These guys are experts in video surveillance solutions and can give you free advice.
