What is a good cheap fish eye lens?

I’m looking for a fish eye lens. I really don’t have much money to spend on lenses, but I am very into photography (heres my flickr: add me as a contact http://www.flickr.com/photos/giarae/). I was looking at:

Both are very inexpensive, not very good lenses, but just for fun the one with the lowest 0.38x will give you the most coverage … if you could find a 0.25x you may like it even more.
